花艺博士现任教育学部学前教育系讲师。主要研究领域为：创造力教学、教师有效性和教师评价。曾主持完成云南师范大学青年基金课题和学生工作课题，参与世界银行“云南学前教育研究”项目及云南省社科院“云南-瑞典教育可持续发展研究”。
